With your Medical Front Office and Electronic Health Records Certificate, you’ll be trained in both electronic health records and medical administration. You’ll be able to contribute to a team in a variety of roles in doctor’s offices, labs, clinics, hospitals and more. Course content includes key aspects of handling patient data, interacting with patients, basic medical coding, appointment scheduling and customer service. By the end of the course, you’ll be prepared to comply with basic medical ethics, understand medical terminology and effectively support the administrative needs of a medical facility.
