Students will explore four key areas in teamwork and team building, including: Creating Leadership, which helps students understand the essence of collaborative leadership and its impact on creating Direction, Alignment and Commitment (DAC) within a team; Boost for New Leaders, where new managers will develop the leadership skills, mindset shifts and research-based tactics they need to succeed in their management role, offering practical advice and real-world examples to facilitate their leadership journey; Innovation Leadership, which allows students to explore the diverse aspects of innovation and how to cultivate a culture of innovation within your team or organization using the Targeted Innovation™ process, including phases such as clarify, ideate, develop and implement; and Managing Virtual and Hybrid Teams, where students will develop the mindset, skill set and toolkit to lead virtual and hybrid teams effectively, as well as learn how to create a sense of 'team' in a virtual environment.
