With your Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Certificate, you’ll have the skills you need to help people take back control of their health and fitness. The program will cover essential components of healthy eating, physical fitness, human anatomy and medical terminology. You’ll learn to write fitness and health reports for clients, provide positive reinforcement and to help clients build strategies for reaching their health goals. The program can help you achieve certificates from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) – Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). Program participants should have a background in physical fitness and the strength and experience needed to model proper form for exercise.
